I would like to thank you and your staff for responding so quickly when my main chilled water pump went out that served my 500 ton Trane chiller.   Your service technicians had picked up the 50 HP motor,  replaced the old motor, aligned the new motor to the pump and had it up and running much sooner than I had expected.   The technicians were very professional and helpful. I am writing you this letter to let you guys know what a great job your service technicians did on my cooling tower repairs.    A bearing on our cooling tower went out and it was 102 degrees outside.   The response time from when I made the first phone call till the cooling tower was up and running again was just under three hours.  I can’t thank you guys enough for the incredible job that was done.  I do not think I could not have received this kind of service from any other company.
